Recent Explorations: Recently, Tim enjoyed an incredible journey with his family kayaking in the shimmering bioluminescent waters of Costa Rica.
Simple Pleasures: Foraging barefoot in the backyard garden. Dry fly fishing local waters. Guiltlessly enjoying fast food while parked at scenic vistas and listening to theology podcasts.
Favorite STR Experience: Tim cherishes tranquil mornings in the cabin with his wife, enjoying a cup of coffee and fresh orange juice when the property is unbooked. A particularly memorable time in the hot tub was spent communicating through hoots with a local great-horned owl.
BRADLEY COTAN
Co-owner and Operations Director, Bradley brings his expert property management skills to the team.
Memorable Adventures: Bradley fondly remembers free diving amongst Israeli Roman ruins, performing a handstand on Giant’s Causeway, and backpacking to an abandoned apple orchard in the Superstitions.
Recent Explorations: Bradley recently made a journey to his father’s hometown to assist his uncle and the local church community in helping refugees.
Simple Pleasures: Maintaining a small fountain pen collection, savoring Japanese gyokuro and Taiwanese oolong teas, and tying dry flies to a good playlist.
Favorite STR Experience: Bradley’s favorite experiences are split between a whimsical apartment in NYC with an adorable live-in dog named Mongo, and a stone cottage in the Cotswolds, a short walk from a local pub and farmer’s market.
MICHELLE McNEASE
Our Marketing Director, Michelle, energizes the team with her vibrant perspectives and vast experience.
Memorable Adventures: Michelle fondly remembers sailing in a 50 ft schooner off the coast of Maine, cycling from hütte to hütte across the German and Austrian alps, and the thrill of surfing during a snowstorm.
Recent Explorations: Recently, Michelle enjoyed backcountry skiing the Sawatch Mountain Range and is learning to mountain bike the rugged hills of Colorado.
Simple Pleasures: Flying kites, front porch hangs, evening campfires, cycling around the neighborhood, baking cakes, and spending time with friends.
Favorite STR Experience: A Costa Rican jungle treehouse a short walk to surfing and snorkeling stands out for Michelle. She loved the open kitchen situated on a different tree platform, and the comical measures taken to deter monkeys from the food. Rice, beans, and fresh papaya were daily delights.
