We started in 2016 as a local vacation rental company in Colorado Springs, highly valuing our relationships with homeowners who entrusted us with their investments.
Since then we have grown Stay Colorado from a one-man operation with a single Colorado Springs vacation rental into a company that has now hosted thousands of stays in the Pikes Peak region. We are proud to maintain an extremely high guest star rating and superhost/premier partner status with Airbnb and Vrbo. Even better, we have helped many homeowners receive truly passive income from their vacation rentals.
